MENTALLY

  • Color 
  • Do a word search or crossword puzzle
  • Meditate

EMOTIONALLY

  • Talk to a trusted friend
  • Light a candle 
  • Do some yoga
  • Write in a journal
  • Learn a new skill
  • Make a list of things you're grateful for
